20x15 cm ~ Painting, Acrylic
I filled this painting with a gentle melancholy of the passing summer and the bright silence of early autumn. The clusters of the large, old rowan tree near the house grow brighter with each passing day. Late mallows are finishing their bloom in the front garden. And on the path by the house lies a bright ball, forgotten by the children. It is a symbolic memory of the summer gone by. Summer is over. The children have gone to the city and are already going to school. And in the garden, autumn apples are ripening. The nights are getting cool. But this is only autumn.
This painting is a reminder of the bright moments of a carefree childhood. They live with us forever. They contain a peace and tranquility that warm our hearts.
